택시운전사 – 독일여자의 평가 // TAXI DRIVER Korean Movie Review (Deutsche Untertitel/ Ger Sub)

Hello everybody! Today I will make a movie review about a Korean film for the first time I hope you enjoy watching! At present it is too hot or (in Korea)? That's pretty tough (that's why I make a sad face)

Therefore, now is a good time to go to the movies There is air conditioning and refreshing drinks I also went last week with a good friend and my girlfriend to the movies and saw the movie "Taxi Driver" And it was very good Why I found the film well, I'll explain now

I wanted to see this film The reason is that a German actor plays along there But eigenlich I did not know Thomas Kretschmann Strangely, the Koreans knew him better than I do This may also be because I look barely German films

The film was made by director Jang Hoon, whom I previously did not know I once looked up what movies he has done, but I did not know any of them Therefore, I had no great expectations for the film But then when I saw the film, I had a good impression right at the beginning Especially as Song Kang-ho's acting so well

Song is known a bit in Germany In Germany, some Korean movies come out on DVD, many with Song Kang-ho Therefore it many German, who are interested in Korea know Unlike song, I found the German character at the beginning frankly pretty unappealing That was because he always looked only serious, never smiled and always has issued only commands

He has therefore quite behave like a typical German (or as German are typically represented) I probably felt this way because I am not really typically German What was it you saw in you as her movie? Let me know please Nevertheless T Kretschmann played well and especially in the last part of the film, he was sympathetic

And his acting was something more versatile And Ryu Jun-yeol has occurred in the film I've been wondering all the time where I had seen him before and could not remember That's why I asked my girlfriend And then it occurred to me again that I know him through the drama 'Reply 1988' Ryu played very well in any case and the hairstyle suits him well

All Schaupieler played well And have shown so that the film I liked very diverse performances As you know, the movie is based on a true story The German said Jürgen Hintzpeter I have the name and its history belongs in the university ever before I saw the movie But then quickly forgotten

It was very nice to see this story as a film and also very moving I am a German, the Korea really like, so I am proud that a German had such a role for the democracy movement in Gwangju Whether German or not, that is actually not so important What I found more shocking when I saw the movie, was the violence I myself am someone who does not like war and violence

I want to just live quietly and peacefully I thought while watching the movie "How beautiful it is, I live in a free society in which democracy was established This applies to Germany as well as South Korea Therefore, I became aware through the film, how much the Koreans have struggled and how much they have suffered under the dictatorship Of course I've learned something about the Gwangju Uprising in the university, But it was only little and I just knew that he existed

I never considered myself the emotions that the people had at the time But then I saw the movie and I realized, how much people had suffered, how sad they were And especially the scenes of demonstrations are very well done It felt as if you are at the right near target Therefore, it was very emotional and moving

It was also scary, because I imagined, as it would be to live in such a country It would certainly be very terrible and I realized how much the Koreans have suffered And I was thinking: "Some powerful people to determine the fate of so many, they can kill and injure This is really unfair Such Gedanlken I have taken much and the film was not easy to look at

There were so many weapons, They used tear gas, and was even swung as the white flag, they shot at the people The really went to my heart and was hard to look at I really almost cried And I never cry almost at the movies! There is a reason why the film I liked Last year there were many scandals former President Park Geun-hye

Dehalb people have held candlelight demonstrations My girlfriend is always went there and I was then in Germany I always worried me what happens when it or so is violence Fortunately, nothing happened There was no hurting and soldiers or police have killed anyone

It was a great relief that you could demonstrate so peaceful After the movie, I realized that Korea has come a long way, that Korea is now such a society, and that you can now fight in Korea free for democracy Korea now has a company that "embraced" democracy and also a system that does this Therefore, the film was ultimately more moving for me So far I have only said positive, right? So I should also talk about the negative points

What I really did not like was, that the film was over the top (especially at one point) Especially the last Gwanju scene, when there was a taxi race, I found very credible so a scene can not have happened, and is very unrealistic The scene was so strange Until then, everything was good, but the taxi race took too long and was once again so a typical Korean scene

In a German film would be something not occurred, because German historical films (almost) always boring and no fun "Taxi Driver" was so good until then, but why it had to be a taxi race, I really do not know If you want to do an action movie that should be an action film and and a film about Gwangju separately from each other It would be nice if you would just take out this scene But all in all, the film is very good, inspiring and moving

I recommend the film to 100 percent It would be nice if many German would see the movie For there comes a German Spauspieler it before and the story is very interesting Anyway, I hope you had fun watching this far Hope to see you again next time
